​I started working out at with Sarah a year ago. We clicked immediately and she has consistently kept my attention by keeping my workouts spicy to say the least. I view her as a flexibility queen as she has me doing moves I've never done before. I quickly learned she offers yoga classes. I am not a yogi by any means, but I took her up on a class and absolutely loved the challenge! I recommend her classes a thousand times over. It's so nice to be a beginner at yoga and work with someone so knowledgeable and passionate. Take her yoga class or have her train you! You will not regret it.
