Sarah Hartman, B.S., E-RYT 500, CPT
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and, hold a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Holistic Health Sciences.
My approach to wellness is deeply rooted in the belief that the way we nourish our bodies, the way we move, and the way we connect with our innermost selves shape not just our physical health, but the quality, longevity, and trajectory of our lives. True wellness is more than just exercise, it’s about cultivating a lifestyle that supports strength, resilience, and alignment in all aspects of life.
To me, life has become about “finding your Highpoint”. A mental, physical, and emotional balance where you feel strongest and most connected.
I believe that true wellness is about more than just movement—it’s about reaching your highest potential in strength, health, and mindset. Whether in fitness, personal growth, or life’s greatest challenges, I strive to help you build the resilience and strength to reach your ‘High Point’— a body and mind you feel proud of.
